Liability Waiver & Indemnification
Use of the studio is entirely at your own risk
Victory Green Screen Studio shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, theft, damage, delay, business interruption, or consequential damages suffered by the Renter or any guest while on the Premises.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
Use of the Premises
Actions of the Renter or guests
Damage to property
Injury to persons
Violation of laws or regulations
This indemnification obligation survives the completion of the rental period and remains in full effect after your session ends.
Minors & Talent Releases
You are solely responsible for all minors on set
All models, performers, and participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and possess all required releases and permissions. Victory Green Screen Studio is not responsible for verifying ages, identities, or consent documentation.
Insurance Requirements
Commercial productions, corporations, agencies, and production companies may be required to provide proof of insurance before accessing the Premises. When required, the following must be met:

The Company's determination regarding insurance requirements shall be final.
Damage Responsibility
You are responsible for damage to:
Studio and green screen surfaces
Walls and flooring
Furniture and fixtures
Equipment and building property
Damage includes but is not limited to:
Paint damage and tears
Scratches and burns
Stains and excessive wear
Equipment breakage
Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the payment method on file. If damages exceed the amount initially charged, the Renter agrees to pay all additional reasonable costs.
Security & Personal Property
We are not responsible for your belongings
Victory Green Screen Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. The Renter is solely responsible for securing all equipment, valuables, props, wardrobe, and personal belongings brought onto the Premises.
Attorney's Fees & Collection Costs
You agree to cover all collection costs
If Victory Green Screen Studio must pursue collection of unpaid fees, damages, repairs, cleaning charges, chargebacks, or other amounts owed, the Renter agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, attorney's fees, court costs, and related expenses incurred by the Company.
Chargeback Protection
Do not initiate a chargeback for services properly rendered
The Renter agrees not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for services properly rendered under this Agreement. In the event of a dispute, Victory Green Screen Studio may provide booking records, communications, security footage, and payment records as evidence.
The Renter remains responsible for all unpaid balances, chargeback fees, collection costs, and legal expenses resulting from an improper payment dispute.
Force Majeure
Circumstances beyond our control
Victory Green Screen Studio shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including power outages, internet outages, government actions, natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, public health emergencies, fire, flood, earthquake, or acts of God.
Any liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount paid by the Renter for the affected rental period.
