Definitions
"Company"
Victory Green Screen Studio and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents.
"Premises"
The studio, green room, restroom facilities, patio areas, equipment, furnishings, parking areas, and any other areas owned or controlled by Victory Green Screen Studio.
"Renter"
The individual, business, production company, or organization reserving the Premises and/or equipment.
"Rental period"
The specific date and time range reserved by the Renter, including load-in, setup, production, breakdown, and load-out.

Equipment Usage Policy
Supplied in working condition
All equipment is provided in working condition to the best of our knowledge. No guarantee regarding suitability for specific productions.
Report malfunctions immediately
Any equipment malfunction or damage must be reported to staff immediately upon discovery.
No unauthorized modifications
Modifying, repairing, or misusing equipment without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.
Wi-Fi as a convenience
Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. Availability and speed are not guaranteed for production use.
No Tenancy Rights
Rental grants a temporary license only
Rental of the Premises grants the Renter a temporary license to use the space during the approved rental period only. No landlord-tenant relationship is created by this Agreement. The Renter acquires no property rights, leasehold interest, or tenancy rights through use of the Premises.
Victory Green Screen Studio reserves the right to revoke access for violation of these terms at any time during the rental period.
