Studio Rules
These rules apply to you, your crew, your talent, and all guests on the premises. Please read carefully before your session.

General Studio Rules
The following rules apply at all times while on the premises — to you, your crew, your talent, and all guests.
No smoking or vaping
No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use inside the building or within 20 feet of any entrance.
No illegal drugs or controlled substances
Strictly prohibited on the premises at any time, no exceptions.
No alcohol without prior written approval
Alcohol is prohibited unless written approval has been granted by management before your session.
No food or beverages on the green screen stage
Food and beverages are prohibited on the stage unless specifically approved by management.
Respect noise levels
Music and noise must remain respectful of neighboring businesses at all times.
No access to restricted areas
Access to production, storage, or utility areas is prohibited without authorization.
No persons under the influence
No person under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be permitted on the premises.
No pets without prior approval
Pets are not allowed without prior written approval from management.
Maximum occupancy — 15 persons
No more than 15 persons on the premises unless otherwise approved in writing.
Failure to follow studio rules may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund.
Conduct & Right to Remove
You are responsible for everyone in your party
Victory Green Screen Studio maintains a professional production environment. The Renter is solely responsible for the conduct of all guests, employees, contractors, talent, crew members, and visitors.
We reserve the right to immediately stop any activity deemed:
Unsafe or reckless
Illegal or fraudulent
Destructive or harassing
Immediate termination — no refund. Law enforcement may be contacted if illegal activity is observed.
Green Screen Protection Policy
The cyc wall is a specialty surface — treat it with care
The green screen cyc wall and stage require ongoing maintenance and repainting. The following are strictly prohibited without prior written approval:
✕ Dragging equipment
No dragging equipment or heavy objects across the cyc wall surface.
✕ Standing on the cove
Do not stand on the cyc wall curve (the cove) under any circumstances.
✕ Tape or adhesives
No tape, adhesives, glue, paint, markers, or similar materials on the surface.
✕ Damaging footwear
No shoes that may scuff, stain, or damage the green screen surface.
Minimum $250 charge for cyc wall repainting or restoration. Additional charges apply if professional repair services are required.
Cleaning & Trash Removal
Leave it exactly how you found it
The Renter agrees to leave the Premises in the same condition received. You are responsible for removing all large props, set pieces, furniture, and excessive waste generated during production.
Items left behind for more than 7 days will be considered abandoned and may be discarded, donated, or retained by Victory Green Screen Studio without compensation.
Minimum $50 cleaning fee if the Premises require excessive cleaning beyond normal use. Additional costs may apply.
Parking Policy
Designated areas only
Parking is available in designated areas only. All guests, crew, vendors, and contractors must comply with posted parking regulations.
Large vehicles need prior approval
Production vehicles, box trucks, trailers, and large commercial vehicles must receive prior approval before arrival. Unauthorized vehicles may be required to leave immediately.
Victory Green Screen Studio is not responsible for parking citations, vehicle theft, vehicle damage, or towing expenses.
Occupancy & Unauthorized Guests
Maximum 15 persons at all times
The individual booking the studio is responsible for all guests, crew members, vendors, and visitors. No more than 15 persons on the premises unless approved in writing by management.
Unauthorized events, parties, or overcrowding may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. Additional fees may be charged for unapproved attendance.
Content & Activity Restrictions
The Premises may not be used for any of the following:
✕ Illegal activities
Any activity that violates federal, state, or local laws of any kind.
✕ Dangerous activities
Hazardous activities or storage of hazardous materials of any kind.
✕ Weapons or substances
Manufacturing of weapons or illegal substances of any kind.
✕ Gambling or violence
Gambling operations or activities promoting violence or criminal conduct.
Immediate termination — no refund. Victory Green Screen Studio reserves the right to terminate any rental that violates these restrictions.
Security Cameras
Cameras are present in common areas for your safety
Security cameras may be present in common areas, entrances, exits, hallways, parking areas, and exterior portions of the facility. Cameras are not located in private areas such as restrooms or changing areas.
By entering the Premises, the Renter and all guests consent to security monitoring and recording for safety, security, and liability purposes.
