Your confirmed rate is locked in at the time of booking
Rental rates are based on the pricing in effect at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice. The rate confirmed at the time of your booking will remain valid for your reserved rental period.

Payment & Reservation Policy
Full payment required at booking
To secure a reservation, full payment of all rental fees and any applicable security deposits must be received at the time of booking.
Add-ons & additional services
Additional equipment, services, overtime, or add-ons requested during the rental period must be paid immediately upon request.
Access may be refused: Victory Green Screen Studio reserves the right to refuse access if full payment has not been received before your session begins.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are determined by how much advance notice is provided before your scheduled rental start time.

| More than 48 hours before rental | Full refund minus a 5% processing fee |
| 24 – 48 hours before rental | 50% of the total rental fee will be retained |
| Less than 24 hours before rental | No refund — 100% of the fee is retained |
Refunds will be processed after all payments have fully cleared.
If we must cancel your reservation
You will receive either priority rescheduling at your preferred date or a full refund of all payments made.
Force majeure & events beyond our control
We are not liable for cancellations caused by power outages, severe weather, government restrictions, or acts of God. Any refund shall be limited to the unused portion of the rental period.
Rescheduling: Cancellation fees may be waived if the booking is rescheduled within five (5) business days and studio availability permits.
Rental Period
Your rental time begins and ends at the times reserved
Your booked time covers all of the following:
- Load-in — bringing in your equipment and materials
- Setup — arranging your set, lighting, and equipment
- Production — your actual shoot time
- Breakdown — striking your set and packing up
- Load-out — removing everything from the premises
The Premises must be fully vacated by the scheduled end time. Early arrivals, extended sessions, or late departures may result in additional charges.
Equipment, props, wardrobe, or personal belongings may not be delivered before or left after your rental period without prior written approval. Storage fees may apply.
Overtime & Late Departure Fees
All guests, crew, equipment, and personal property must be removed from the Premises by the scheduled end time. Unauthorized occupancy will result in the following charges:
Up to 15 minutes late

16 – 30 minutes late
$100
31 – 60 minutes late
Full hourly rate
More than 60 minutes late
Hourly rate applies
Automatic charge: Overtime fees will be charged directly to the payment method on file without additional notice.
