Section 1
Definitions
"Company"
Victory Green Screen Studio and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents.
"Premises"
The studio, green room, restroom facilities, patio, equipment, furnishings, parking areas, and any areas owned or controlled by Victory Green Screen Studio.
"Renter"
The individual, business, production company, or organization reserving the Premises and/or equipment.
Section 2
Rental Rates
Rental rates are based on the pricing in effect at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice. The rate confirmed at booking will remain valid for the reserved rental period.

Section 3
Payment & Reservation Policy
Full payment required at booking
To secure a reservation, full payment of all rental fees and any applicable security deposits must be received at the time of booking.
Add-ons & additional services
Additional equipment, services, overtime, or add-ons requested during the rental period must be paid immediately upon request.
Access may be refused if full payment has not been received before your session begins.
Section 4
Cancellation Policy

If we must cancel your reservation
You will receive either priority rescheduling at your preferred date or a full refund of all payments made.
Force majeure
We are not liable for cancellations caused by power outages, severe weather, government restrictions, or acts of God. Any refund is limited to the unused portion of the rental period.
Rescheduling: Cancellation fees may be waived if the booking is rescheduled within five (5) business days and studio availability permits.
Section 5
Rental Period & Overtime
Your rental time includes all of the following
Load-in — bringing in your equipment and materials
Setup — arranging your set, lighting, and equipment
Production — your actual shoot time
Breakdown — striking your set and packing up
Load-out — removing everything from the premises
Up to 15 minutes late

Automatic charge: Overtime fees will be charged directly to the payment method on file without additional notice.
Section 6
Cleaning & Trash Removal
Leave it exactly how you found it
The Renter agrees to leave the Premises in the same condition received. You are responsible for removing all large props, set pieces, furniture, and excessive waste generated during production. Items left behind for more than 7 days will be considered abandoned.
Minimum $50 cleaning fee if the Premises require excessive cleaning beyond normal use. Additional costs may apply.
Section 7
Studio Rules
No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use inside the building or within 20 feet of any entrance
No illegal drugs or controlled substances on the premises at any time
No alcohol without prior written approval from management
No food or beverages on the green screen stage unless approved by management
Music and noise must remain respectful of neighboring businesses at all times
No access to restricted production, storage, or utility areas without authorization
No person under the influence of drugs or alcohol permitted on the premises
No pets without prior written approval from management
Maximum occupancy is 15 persons unless otherwise approved in writing
Failure to follow studio rules may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund.
Sections 8 – 26
Additional Terms
8. Conduct & Right to Remove
The Renter is responsible for all guests. We may immediately terminate any rental involving unsafe, illegal, destructive, harassing, reckless, pornographic, or fraudulent activity.
9. Liability Waiver & Indemnification
Use of the Premises is entirely at your own risk. Victory Green Screen Studio is not liable for injury, death, loss, theft, or damage. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless. This obligation survives the rental period.
10. Minors & Talent Releases
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with all required releases and permissions. The studio is not responsible for verifying ages or consent documentation.
11. Insurance Requirements
Commercial productions, agencies, and corporations may be required to provide $1,000,000 Commercial General Liability coverage with Victory Green Screen Studio listed as Additional Insured.
12. Equipment Usage
Equipment is provided in working condition. Report malfunctions immediately. No unauthorized modifications, repairs, or misuse permitted. Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience and is not guaranteed.
13. Damage Responsibility
The Renter assumes full responsibility for all damage to the studio, green screen, walls, flooring, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Repair or replacement costs are charged to the payment method on file.
14. Security & Personal Property
Victory Green Screen Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. The Renter is solely responsible for securing all valuables and belongings brought onto the Premises.
15. Green Screen Protection
No dragging equipment, standing on the cove, tape, adhesives, food, or damaging footwear on the cyc wall without prior written approval. Minimum $250 repainting or restoration charge applies.
16. Overtime & Late Departure Fees
See overtime fee cards in Section 5. All guests, crew, and equipment must be removed by the scheduled end time. Fees are charged automatically to the payment method on file.
17. Parking Policy
Parking in designated areas only. The studio is not responsible for citations, vehicle theft, vehicle damage, or towing expenses. Large vehicles require prior approval before arrival.
18. Occupancy & Unauthorized Guests
Maximum 15 persons unless approved in writing. Unauthorized events, parties, or overcrowding may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
19. Content & Activity Restrictions
Premises may not be used for illegal activities, hazardous activities, storage of hazardous materials, gambling, manufacturing of weapons or illegal substances, or activities promoting violence.
20. Security Cameras
Security cameras are present in common areas, entrances, exits, hallways, and parking areas. Not located in private areas. By entering the Premises, you consent to security monitoring and recording.
21. No Tenancy Rights
Rental grants a temporary license to use the space during the approved period only. No landlord-tenant relationship, property rights, or tenancy rights are created by this Agreement.
22. Attorney's Fees & Collection Costs
The Renter agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, attorney's fees, court costs, and related expenses if Victory Green Screen Studio must pursue collection of unpaid amounts.
23. Chargeback Protection
The Renter agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services properly rendered. The studio may present booking records, communications, and security footage as evidence. The Renter remains responsible for all resulting costs.
24. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to power outages, natural disasters, government actions, severe weather, labor disputes, public health emergencies, fire, flood, earthquake, or acts of God.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. Any exceptions require written approval from Victory Green Screen Studio.
26. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, paying for, accessing, or using the Premises, the Renter acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions. Payment constitutes electronic acceptance and creates a legally binding contract.
